What is the description of the problem you are having with your vehicle?  What state and city is the vehicle driven in?  At what speed in the condition happing.  Is the vehicle cold or at operating temperature when the problem occurs?   State how long the condition has been present.   Does the problem occur all the time or is it intermittent, and if it is intermittent how often does it occur?  How is the vehicle driven, light, moderate, or aggressive?   Please advise the technicians of all the repairs, service, and modifications done to this vehicle for an accurate diagnosis.   Add you complete vehicle information number (vin) and mileage for a complete warranty repair history.
